1. No Refunds
All sales made on our website are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased, under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Delayed delivery due to logistics partner or force majeure
2. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain product authenticity, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This applies to:
- Opened or sealed IT hardware
- Accessories or bundled items
- Services rendered (consulting, installation, etc.)
3. Exceptions
We will only consider exceptions in the following scenarios:
- Product received is defective or damaged on arrival
- Wrong product delivered (i.e., does not match your order)
In such cases:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

- Once verified, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a credit note at our discretion.
Note: No claim will be entertained without proof of delivery condition.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it, and we will try our best (but cannot guarantee) to cancel before dispatch.
5. Warranty Support
All products sold are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, customers must directly contact the brand’s authorized service center. GAMI Corporation is not liable for manufacturer warranty service timelines.
